It also features a 13" x 22" inch Arm Pad and a Weight Support Bracket for holding a barbell in place.

The Preacher Curl attachment places a users body into the correct position to help isolate and optimize biceps, triceps and forearm muscles. It's the perfect addition for anyone who already owns or will be purchasing the Inspire SCS FT2 Bench.
