This Regular Bar features a 51.5-inch grip area with single knurling marks and a 25.4-mm grip diameter.

The bar measures 84" (7' feet) and is constructed from solid steel and sports a hardened chrome finish. It also features knurled grips and a 15.75" chrome sleeve design making loading plates on the bar easy for all users.
