Regular Threaded Chrome EZ Curl Bar

This Regular Threaded E-Z Curl Bar is designed to help build upper arm and forearm muscles thanks to its special angled design. The deep bends in the bar allow the user to perform curl exercises while reducing stress on the wrists. The threaded E-Z curl bar achieves this by putting your wrists and elbows in a more natural position compared to standard regular bars.

The bar measures 47.5" and is constructed from solid steel and sports a hardened chrome finish. It also features knurled grips and a 7.4" chrome sleeve design making loading plates on the bar easy for all users.
