Wall Mount Kit for Chin-Up Bars

Chin-ups are one of the best upper-body resistance exercises around. Chin-ups target your back and biceps, while still incorporating your abdominals, chest and grip strength. Making it perfect for burning calories and toning your body.

The Northern Lights Wall Mounted Kit can be used in conjunction with our Northern Lights Chin-up bar (CBXB43MGCBB, sold separately).

The mounts are adjustable and include additional spacers to accommodate the average home. Most homes have 16-inch spacing between beams. The spacers can add up to 4 inches, allowing the user to achieve a center-to-center width of 48". This will make it line up with wall beams in the average home ( approx. 3 beams wide ).  Both brackets can be adjusted up to 4" each to fit various wall stud/beam spacing.
