At Fitness Depot, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and want to ensure you have the best tools for your fitness journey. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
